DIY St. Patrick's Day Confetti Poppers

Push pops have been around the party scene for a while as a fun way to display food, but recently they're taking the party world by storm as confetti poppers.

Since St. Patrick's day is right around the corner, I thought it would be fun to show you easy diy that takes only minutes but is super cool. I mean, who doesn't love confetti right?

SUPPLIES
Push Pops *you can order these online, or pick up a package a Michaels
Shamrock Confetti *I got mine from the dollar store
Printable Leprechaun Hats *download here
Scissors or Paper Cutter
Double Sided Tape or Hot Glue

INSTRUCTIONS
I didn't take step-by-step photos of the process, because these babies are simple!

1. Print out the free leprechaun hats on regular weight printer paper or matte photo paper
2. Cut out using scissors or paper trimmer
3. Wrap around push pop and secure in place with double sided tape or glue
4. Fill with confetti
5. Place cap on topper until you're in a party mood

I couldn't resist including a behind the scenes look at my little helper filling the confetti poppers. What's better than leprechauns and confetti on a Friday afternoon :)

  1. Hey There!

We are having a Linky Party here http://ss1.us/a/dMkg1Te8 and are looking for St Patrick's Day projects. I found your confetti poppers on craftgawker and think they are too stinkin' cute! We are choosing 3 of our favorite projects, and those chosen will get $5 in Blitsy credits. Hopefully we will see you at our party! :)
