Now that Thanksgiving is officially over and I've eaten my last piece of pumpkin cheesecake for breakfast (yes I know, bad)...it's time to head full force into Halloween decorating and party planning. Over the next week, I'll share with you some ideas, tips and tricks from around the web, and of course my own Haute creations!
First thing's first, as with any party it's best to start with a theme and gather your inspiration from there. Of course Halloween is the theme - but there are lots of ways to interpret this based on your tastes and guest list.
For example, you may decide to go with a non-tradtional colour scheme instead of the usual black and orange. Purples and pinks mixed with black are all the rage right now and you can find lots of decor in these colours. There are so many possibilities when it comes to Halloween parties - will you go scary or cheeky, ghoulish or glam? Or will you combine some of these into one awesome theme?
Check out the inspiration boards below for some of my favourite Halloween Party Styles, and coincidentally the theme I'm using this year.
